Supper Creamy Guacamole

Serves 4


2 ripe avocados

Juice of 2 limes

Salt to taste

½ a small red onion, finely chopped

1-2 fresh red chillies or some chilli flakes

20g fresh coriander, finely chopped

1 large tomato, finelly chopped

Sumac for garnishing, optional


Cut the avocados in two lengthways and destone them, scoop the flesh onto a bowl with a spoon. To the bowl add salt and the lime juice. With a fork roughly mash the avocados.

Deseed one or both of the chillies depending to your taste (if you don't have fresh chilli you can use chilli flakes instead). Add to the bowl of avocados along with the chopped onion, coriander and tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients together. Season if needed. Sprinkle some sumac on top when serving.
